Our Boho modern decor & well-lit studio is 3.1 miles from Prescott's d/town. We are located in the hills dotted w/ custom homes. We provide a comfortable, well-equipped stay w/ everything you need in the open floor plan. Enjoy a good night sleep w/ the help of Black-out curtains, a comfy King bed, feather duvet, Air Conditioning & quiet neighbors.

Looking for VIEWS? Welcome to our well-lit modern open plan studio, where you have all the amenities in the comfortable well-designed space. Our place is all on one level with no step access to the front double French doors, and the patio. We have a kitchenette with bar sink, stainless air fryer/convection oven, toaster, microwave, 2 burner electric stove, fridge/freezer, hot water kettle, and 3 coffee making options for our coffee connoisseurs. BBQ on balcony for cooking. There’s a cute rustic indoor dining table for two. 

Relax indoors while still enjoying the outdoors as the space has many windows letting in the light and amazing views. Cozy up to the gas fireplace on the chilly days and evenings. The comfortable king bed with feather comforter is positioned for you to enjoy the fire and the sunsets. If you're fortunate to be an early riser you will love the morning sky. The studio is positioned to enjoy both sunsets and sunrises. 

Behind the barn door is the step free European shower room with rain shower, Bluetooth speaker, toilet, and grab bar. Adjacent to the shower is a separate vanity and sink. Step out to your patio to BBQ or relax on the lounger. 

There is an outdoor dining table on the property for you to use if you feel like eating outside. It's not in your designated area though. Come enjoy and have fun in Prescott.

***We only allow for 2 adult guests.

***We allow for 2 domestic pets. We charge a $25 per night per animal fee. Please let us know ahead of time if you're going to be bringing any pets. Please note that our property in not fenced.

Views from the property are spectacular: You will see panoramic views of the S.F. Peaks, Mingus Mountain, Willow Lake, the Dells!  The open floor plan offers a bedroom, living area, kitchenette, and dining area with electric fireplace and Smart TV.

You have a French door with access to the front of the studio where you can sit and enjoy the sunsets. The sliding door leads out to the back of the property

The kitchenette has a toaster, fridge, freezer, and 2 coffee making options for our coffee connoisseurs. There’s a cute indoor dining table for two. Cozy up to the electric fireplace on the chilly days and evenings. The comfortable queen bed with feather duvet is positioned for you to enjoy the fire and tv. Or lounge on the couch for the same experience. If you're fortunate to be an early riser you will love the morning sky, step out to the back patio and enjoy the sunrise. The studio is positioned to enjoy both sunsets from front patio and sunrises from back patio. 

Your bathroom is UNIQUE as it was built into the rocks. Step free European shower room with rain shower, toilet, sink vanity, built in Bluetooth speaker, mood lighting, motion sensor lighting, heater, and clothes storage. There is an outdoor dining table on the property for you to use if you feel like eating outside. Come enjoy and have fun in Prescott.

You are welcome to meander around the property on the walking paths around the little seasonal pond and other areas. There are lots of places to sit and enjoy the stunning views, the beautiful bird sculpture, and listen to the wildlife making their music.

Our Southwest studio is 3.1 miles from Prescott's d/town. We are located in the hills dotted w/ custom homes.

Our well appointed 2 bedroom comfortable 2 story house is decorated to feel like it's your own when you stay. 

Our goal is for your stay to feel as though it is your home while you are our guests. It is decorated and set up with minimum personal belongings to allow you to have this experience. 

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, microwave, foreman grill, mixer, kettle, knives etc. the living room has TV, fireplace, comfortable seating options, open views and a dining area. The 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom is upstairs. New Farho heater in each bedroom. Storage heater and fireplace in living room. Wall convection heater in bathroom. Flooring is laminated wood, bathroom floor is tiled, and carpeting on the stairs. Washing machine is available and your own drying lines are available to have your clothes dry in the fresh Irish air. If you  prefer to use dryers, there are machines available 1 minute away at Circle K. Off street parking is available. 

Fermoy in County Cork, Ireland is a town located on the River Blackwater on an easy accessible tourist route between Cork and Dublin, Waterford and Kerry. It also has ease of travel to Tipperary, Clare, and Limerick. 2 1/2 hour drive from Dublin airport, 45 min drive from Cork Airport, and 1 1/2 hours from Shannon Airport. The Blackwater river is one of the town's attractions and is popular for salmon and coarse fishing and rowing. Along the banks is a beautiful river-side walk.  We also have many forest hikes close by, golf courses, swimming,  pitch n’ putt, historic churches, megalithic attractions , friendly pubs & great restaurants etc. Fermoy is also home to the incredible lord of the dance star Michael Flatley at Castlehyde. 

Our place is a great base for exploring the history and attractions of Co, Cork. It’s an easy drive to cork city and Airport, and many beautiful spots such as Blarney castle, Kinsale, Youghal, Fota Wildlife park, Cobh (Last stop of the titanic), and many coastal villages and islands included on the famous Wild Atlantic Way drive. Easy drive to surrounding counties including Co, Kerry for the Ring of Kerry drive, Killarney Lakes, Torc waterfalls etc. County Tipperary is close by as is Co. Waterford the home of the famous crystal and the copper coast drive.

 If you’re looking for brewery’s and distilleries to visit.. you can choose from many on https://whiskeytrail.ie. You can also drive to Co, Limerick, Co, Dublin, and Co, Wexford, Co, Tipperary for day trips and sight seeing. Overall Fermoy is a great centrally located touring point for Ireland. 

“Lovin' the rocks.  Your first experience will be the spectacular boulders as you approach this Southwestern adobe house. Arriving after dark? This is a treat as the illumination featuring the property brings the topography to life. Enter with ease as you access the house with a smart lock for your convenience. 

Once in the flagstone foyer, kick off your shoes, drop your luggage and continue to the landing the that leads to the first-floor open plan living space. The soaring 2 story ceilings invite you to the living room with gas fire place, built in adobe couch, and chairs, as well as western wood and comfortable leather chairs. Boulders and tree views from the windows as well as alcoves for décor and alternative lighting.  The Living room opens to the large patio for dining or lounging. Another view place in the house is our breakfast nest. Enjoy your morning coffee of afternoon treats surrounded by windows and natural light, as you sit on the bench seating or western chairs around the table made from original coyote fence and patina metal. For your dining experience, enjoy the large dining room with custom furnishings and more view windows.  

The dining room is close to the uniquely yet simply designed kitchen with natural wood cabinet doors and Italian tile and yes....a wall of windows to take in the evening sunset as you prepare your meal at the kitchen Island. On the same floor is an adobe powder room for your convenience.  

Who thought walking up a stairs would be an experience... Ascend, glance around, and take a breath as the view gets greater and greater as you step onto the landing balcony and reading area with an assortment of books for your pleasure. Walk through the arched wooden door to the master bedroom, bathroom and balcony suite.  This amazing room has a king size bed next to the picture window. Enjoy lounging in the large comfy double chair by the fire or watch your favorite Netfix show before you retire to the luxurious bed for the evening. The master bedroom has an open floor plan with the 4th wall as a loft wall so your vision is extended across the ground floor to take in more views through the wall of 2nd floor windows.  The master bathroom is adorned with unique Italian tile, octogen double sink vanity, enclosed shower with bench seat, separate toilet room, laundry facilities, and a separate jet tub to soak in beneath the picture window enjoying the surrounding boulders and extended views. Don't forget the bubbles! 

The 2nd sleeping room across the landing, offers a single custom metal bed and an office desk and chair situated to take in the views from the sliding doors that leads to a small balcony. This room is also en-suite with a bathroom including an enclosed shower. The exterior of the house and property has very natural topography which includes, steps leading down to the pond, waterfall, and intimate seating spots in the boulders, trees, cactus, grasses, and artistic sculptures for you to relax and call home while you stay.
